Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled project manager with a strong foundation in project management methodologies such as PMP and Prince 2 (Practitioner), coupled with expertise in ITIL, MPS knowledge, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification. The ideal candidate will bring a comprehensive skill set to drive successful project outcomes and process efficiency.

Job role:

Closely aligned to the PMO operations. Role is responsible for leading and owning the Project Management? of internal projects within the team, for example driving improvements with the Transition Management process.

Purpose:

The services relate to application of best PM practices to manage internal projects for the TTM and DAM EMEA markets team; those projects are related (but not limited) to Transition Management methodology and governance, processes and tools, process gap detection and improvement proposal in the aim of efficiency, continuous improvement and global alignment.

Main responsibilities:

• Setting up the full contractual deal scope (including Hardware ordering and service set up) as part of the Transition and Transformation phase of MDS contracts.
• Planning and execution of Monocountry, Regional and / or Global customer signed contracts as part of the Transition & Transformation phase of PS contracts.
• Execute contract deliverables as per master services agreement (or customer specific SOW) signed between client and end customer and including hardware and software installation, process customization, management of change, customer interaction, cross functional team coordination and solutions deployment.
• Execute global governance of program milestones and deliverables as defined in PS contracts not exceeding predefined program budget.
• Regular project reporting.
• Service Scope on Transition and Transformation Management HO from Pursuit process execution, monitoring and compliance management. Implementation of contract scope (Hw & Services), customer project management and internal coordination with functions.
• Escalation management, Customer Management, Transition Project Plan, Governance and Risk Management, Customer SOW execution, Handover to BAU/ Operations (post deployment) DAAS Portfolio management and Stakeholder management: Partners Managers, suppliers, Purchase order(s) and Resource management

Professional Certifications and preferred requirements:

• PMP/Prince 2 (Practitioner), ITIL, MPS Knowledge, LSS Yellow Belt
• C1 English + other European language (German, Italian, Spanish, French)
• 5+ years of transition & project management experience with projects, with a track record of successfully completed projects with end customer engagement.
• Experience of identifying and executing service improvements would be beneficial in this role.
