Project Manager:
? Focus on managing individual projects, which have a well-defined beginning, middle and end.
? Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and controlling project activities to achieve its objectives within established deadlines, costs and quality.
? Deals with the management of temporary and multidisciplinary teams, seeking to optimize the use of available resources.
? Aims to deliver a specific product, service or result according to the project requirements.
? Deals with uncertainties and risks inherent to projects, using project management methodologies and tools to deal with these issues.
Process Manager:
? Focus on continuous improvement and optimization of organizational processes.
? Responsible for analyzing, mapping and documenting existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
