Project Manager: Building Development Feasibility Stage
Bluecoat is Liverpool’s centre for the contemporary arts. Our beautiful Grade 1 listed building, located in the heart of the city, is home to a year-round programme of exhibitions, music, dance, literature, live art and heritage events. Bluecoat also provides a base for around thirty artists, collectives, small arts organisations and craftspeople. In 2017 Bluecoat will celebrate 300 years of its landmark building. Since Bluecoat re-opened in 2008, visitor numbers have increased year on year and the building has evolved, through its contemporary arts programme and its heritage, into a vibrant and successful city centre destination. We now wish to plan some capital works, to take place after the 2017 celebrations, which will help us to meet the expectations of our growing visitor numbers. We wish to recruit a Project Manager:Building Development Feasibility Stage. The Project Manager will plan and deliver a feasibility study which will set out the scope, quality, time and cost (financial viability) of capital improvements alongside related business and operational plans. The completed feasibility study will form the basis of a number of major funding proposals. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the sustainability of the UK’s oldest arts centre and to help shape the next phase in the life of Bluecoat https://www.thebluecoat.org.uk/content/project-manager-building-development-feasibility-stage
