Prior experience with Asana is required Primarily be managing Asana Board Intake all the requests and assign it to the team from the board.

Minimum Qualifications

Technical Skillset

• You are able to work independently on basic project management tools - Asana
• You are able to independently track and monitor project tasks efficiently and effectively
• You effectively and efficiently organize and document projects tasks independently
• Business Acumen
• You have a strong understanding of organizational priorities and where individual deliverables may fall relative to others
• You demonstrate good project management skills, including creation of project plan, identification and efficient follow-up of action items and timelines, clear communication, and solid execution
• Domain Expertise
• You establish yourself as a developing expert in at least one operations program
• You offer domain expertise to other team members, cross functional partners, and external parties as necessary (e.g., creates process documentation, leads training sessions)
