Project management is ever changing and I think it's going to change even more in the future.
Many companies have adopted both working remotely and project management is not left out.
One thing that I have noticed with a keen interest is the use of AI. So many AI tools have come into play.
I will not list them here, but I want to share my opinion about them.
You know, AI is good when used for the right purpose.
AI can also be bad if used negatively.
Producing reports using AI is awesome. It increases efficiency and delivery of tasks. However, what if the AI reporting becomes so common that project managers stop writing reports?
Do you think there is a possibility of reaching a point where project managers could be useless compared to AI?
At the moment, you can produce a gantt chart, budget template, report template, risk analysis...almost anything you can think of in project management.
AI has it covered in one way or another.
So without boring you with a lot of information, what do you think will happen to the way project managers are perceived in the face of AI in the future?
I am not against AI, but i think that discussions like this are important to the careers of project managers.
What's your take?
