Project Management Methodology :
A Project Management methodology is a set of guiding principles and processes for owning a project through its life cycle. They are two different types of Project Management Methodologies. They are
1.Linear PM Methodology: In Linear Methodology the next phase or task starts only after the present phase is completed.
Waterfall Model:
For example: If we consider the four phases of the Project Management, First phase will be?Initiate the project phase and the later Phases like making a plan, executing and completing the tasks and closing the project will follows. Creating Website for ByFaithTravels journey starts with initiating the project by gathering a team, requirements and resources needed for the project, later getting project approval from the head chief's of the company. Next, we make plans for our project like assigning tasks to the team members & allocating resources. In the next we execute our project as per our plan. In the final Phase, we finish the project and celebrate our success.
2.Iterative PM Methodology: In Iterative Methodology, plans remain flexible and you're able to make adjustments as you go along.

Kanban:

Next, we make plans for our project like assigning tasks to the team members & allocating resources. In the next we execute our project as per our plan. In iterative or Agile Methodology the phases are revised again due to the changes in outcomes of the project by the key stakeholders. The changes may start from the first Initating phase itself. In the final Phase, we finish the project and celebrate our success.
