Hello, In this article I will discuss the project management job and project manager positions nowadays.

Project managers are in high demand.?In 2017, a study by?the Project Management Institute?found that by the year 2027,?employers will need 87.7?million people filling project management-aligned roles.

So, let's represent project manager responsibilities, the main four responsibilities are Planning, Organizing, Managing tasks, Controlling costs, and Budgeting.

The project managers can impact their organizations by focusing on the customer, building a great team, fostering relationships and communication, managing the project, and breaking down barriers.

The basic structure of any project is called the project life cycle, The main phases of a project are initiate the project,?make a plan, execute?and complete tasks, and close the project.
