Reference book: A Project Manager's Book of Forms by Cynthia Snyder
Please note: I filled and submitted these forms in my projects, I am highlighting only one project in this series, these forms are hand filled and submitted in hard copies, converting them in soft copies are time-consuming, also I am a human being, I can make errors, and I am accepting that i am not an authority in this subject, but with my rare knowledge and continuous learning from my mistakes, I successfully executed multiple projects in my professional life.
