Project Intelligence, a strategic alignment

Project intelligence is not a canned conceptual framework that we’ve chosen to follow.??

It’s a strategic and work approach that emerged after years of collaboration with specialists from different sectors.??

With it, we bring to the project the enriching and powerful potential of aligned management and stakeholder engagement, to support and boost scientific research and maximize its outputs and outcomes.??

Our multidisciplinary team, by means of effective and timely engagement and communication actions with a diverse range of both project’s inner and outer stakeholders, enables:?

• The establishment of an ongoing dialogue by which we can 1) collect a diverse range of inputs required to advance the envisioned work plan; 2) co-create and collaborate in the generation of new strategies, agendas, solutions, tools, definitions, etc. that enrich and enable the research; 3) identify and align with the needs of end-users to incorporate them to the research, and thus facilitate the uptake of the results generated, and 4) share information and responses through suitable, consistent messages, means, and channels, with the different stakeholders; making the project’s outcomes more accessible, understandable, and relevant to all interested audiences and contributing to their retention.??
• The collection of data for making informed decisions on project progress, risk assessment, knowledge management, data sharing and open access, sustainability, and outcomes protection strategies.

For us, successful and joyful projects rely on a lot of work, but also on a lot of creative thinking and co-creation, multidisciplinary collaboration, open-mindedness, and willingness to learn and evolve.??
