PROJECT OF IMPLEMENTATION DIGITAL MENU BOARD IN "STOP PIZZA"
I would like to tell you about one more project that has done at the end of the last year by Innovative DMC. Every successful entrepreneur and in this case a restaurateur tries to reduce costs as much as possible (especially during quarantine). Automate processes and at the same time increase the profitability of your business. The "STOP PIZZA" project has incorporated all these criteria.
So, at the beginning of summer of 2021 in the "Lavina Mall" or rather in its part, the "Auchan" hypermarket opened the first pizzeria in Kyiv, with the same name "STOP PIZZA". The name speaks for itself as it is extremely difficult to pass by mouth-watering aromas and “tasty” bright, attractive monitors broadcasting inviting pizza.
It all started with the fact that on the recommendation of one restaurateur the owner approached us, who clearly understood the task and was looking for the correct software and hardware solution for Digital Signage.?
The request was short and clear: "You are experts and I fully trust your many years of experience. I would like to ask you to implement a project for the installation and subsequent remote administration of the digital menu content update processes in the new establishment."?

Our team quickly started preparing the technical assignment, choosing the necessary equipment, creating media content, and launching the project. The choice of the optimal model of advertising screens was limited by the budget that's why it was decided to implement the project based on commercial TVs LG 43UT640S. The operating mode is 16/7, the brightness of the monitor is 300nit, the screen resolution is 3840x2160p, the acceptable frame thickness is 13 mm. At the same time, the warranty if commercial TVs is 24 months. Taken together, these arguments were sufficient to validate this model.
The most important tool of the project was the installation of digital LCD monitors to show the assortment and demonstrate delicious pizza. Also, on the monitors, PROMOTIONAL offers are constantly broadcast, which always work great to increase the average check and the profitability of the pizzeria in general.
The high-quality content of the digital menu is the driving force behind the popularization of projects for the implementation of digital signage solutions in the HoReCa segment (and not only) all over the world. Every day more and more cafes, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, pastry shops, and food courts are switching to using digital menus. Especially when it comes to a large network segment when quick updating of information/prices in which is a critical element of the business.
From the first days of the pizzeria's operation on the territory of the store using Digital Signage technology, the attention of visitors and passing by is riveted to the dynamic digital menu.?There is an increase in the average check, an increase in the number of transactions, the number of engagement from new customers is constantly increasing, the dynamics of repeat visits/orders is monitored, and the profitability of the restaurant is growing.
Six months after the opening of the pizzeria, we can confidently say that a digital menu in an institution is a key element in attracting attention and successful business development.
