Project Feature: The Carnegie at Washingtonian Center

The Carnegie at Washingtonian Center was an exciting project for our team to dive into this year. We created a marketing film to take a?macro to micro tour of the community?and developed still images to capture the luxury design of the spaces. Our visuals were used on the website, marketing materials, and within the in-person leasing center using interactive technology.

For the Carnegie leasing experience we partnered with a key technology provider, Engrain, to create custom graphics and visuals for their topographic table.?The topographic table displays a rolling animation of The Carnegie exterior with key points of interest to interact with. Our visuals brought their development to life through the use of animated people, cars, birds, and more.?This table has 4K capabilities requiring the development of top resolution graphics to ensure a high quality experience. This is all made possible with custom exporting for compatibility with the softwares and technologies within the Engrain's topo table. Because of collaborations such as this, we are able to add further value to beautiful marketing solutions to benefit our clients and exceed their expectations.

Our team enjoyed working with Kisco Senior Living to bring this project to life. We worked with their incredible marketing group The Point Group to set the stage for the vision of the project and built a plan together to best showcase the value of the community. Ann Rimkus, EVP at The Point Group, was a great partner in developing the marketing film along with the designer StudioSIX5.?We collaborated to make sure every detail conveyed the luxury quality of the project and set the stage for a premium experience starting with their marketing.

The Carnegie at Washingtonian Center will feature premium amenities including chef-prepared meals in a choice of multiple indoor and al fresco dining venues; an indoor heated, salt-water pool; state-of-the art fitness center; wellness spa; yoga studio; and access to health care on site. Additional lifestyle amenities include a lecture hall for ongoing local educational programming; computer learning center; curated art gallery; cooking demonstration kitchen; and an outdoor landscaped park with a trail leading to Malcolm King Park.
