We are currently looking for a Project Director, Web & Mobile Development to join our project management team and successfully manage their work process for mutual success!

Responsibilities:

·Manages the Project Management team and strategically oversees, monitors and manages all project-based projects within the company;

·Directs and coordinates web and mobile projects from initiation phase through to implementation phase when needed;

·Uses his/her technical acumen to provide alternatives and support the team in technical issue resolution;

·Provides technical support and expertise during the sales process and helps facilitate it;

·Be in direct contact with the clients, presenting suitable architecture solutions to them in workshops, weighing up the pros and cons with them and advising the clients on the way to the best solution for them;

·Collaborates with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction, campaign completion and renewals;

·Takes part in all pre-offer meetings with potential clients and gathers the necessary requirements for a proper estimation;

·Translates business requirements into technology solutions and participates in the analysis, evaluation and choice of development toolchains;

·Works closely with cross functional teams (project management, engineering, creative) in order to define scope, goals and deliverables in alignment with company clients goals and our business strategy.

·Proactively manages changes and makes improvements in project scope, identify issues and drives for resolution;

·Coordinates with Senior Management to create processes and systems to ensure effective project management and implementation across the organization.

Requirements

·At least 5 years of technical project management experience with a demonstrated track record in web and mobile projects;

·Proven team management experience;

·Demonstrated client facing and communication skills;

·Full understanding of how to manage an end-to-end technical project lifecycle, from idea inception through development and launch;

·Strong background in different aspects of technology including object-oriented programming languages. Experience in .NET, PHP or JavaScript is a plus;

·Experience facilitating rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget, and according to client requirements;

·Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a related field is a plus;

·Fluent in English.
