PROJECT AWARD

We are thrilled to announce that J.F. White has been awarded a project by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts!

We will be upgrading the State House Chilled Water Plant, a crucial project to improve the facility’s cooling systems. The scope of work includes:

·??????? Replacement of two existing 750-ton chillers with new, high-efficiency units.

·??????? Installation of new primary chilled water pumps, refrigerant exhaust ductwork, and a refrigerant leak monitor system.

·??????? Upgrades to water treatment systems and mechanical valves.

·??????? Replacement of the existing roof-mounted cooling tower

In addition, as part of an alternate scope, we will also be:

·??????? Replacing the Vault (Archive) Chiller.

·??????? Modifying condenser unit pits and re-grading surrounding areas.

·??????? Installing new compressors and condenser units.
