Project Administrator

We are looking for a Project Administrator for our team currently working in the software industry delivering cutting-edge solutions to retailers.

Job Responsibilities:

·????Change request administration;

·????Check inbox for new RFS and RFC requests;?

·????Add new RFC/RFS to JIRA/Confluence/SF and BC;?

·????Follow up status and comments in confluence and update relevant follow-up sheets/reports for RFC/RFS status;

·????Assist Change Manager in proposal work;?

·????WIP and invoicing for RFCs and RFSs;?

·????LOT, amendment and PO"s;?

·????JIRA administration;

·????Reports and dashboards in JIRA according to program needs.

Skills/Competencies:

·????Very thorough;

·????Project management experience;

·????Financial/economy understanding;

·????Customer relations/Business acumen/Trust;

·????Clear and compelling Communication skills;

·????Structured and well organized;

·????Self-motivated;

·????Software development, Software product understanding.
