The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia declares a project of administrative provision which will state that applications from two or more registrant holders for one crop protection agent are not supposed to be submitted. We recommend to take it into account in case now the application for registration is being arranged. The project is assumed to be in force in the end of this year, 2023.
