Project 20 - Update

We are now at planning stage so will have detail drawings soon and can start the tender process. We also get the keys 5th October which will at least allow Gareth to relieve his stress, he wants to start swinging the sledge hammer.

Thank you so far for the interest shown so far there are a number of companies that like the showcase idea and others who have offered us support on materials – but in the main this is where we have made the contact.

What has surprised me is the lack of selling, the project budget is ￡125,000 a back to brick renovation & extension. I would have expected more contact from northern salesmen or their stockists. Maybe the project is too small or the market is so buoyant – but give us a call our shopping list is long.
