Great article acknowledging and respecting NIs past struggles with inclusion and diversity but highlighting challenge areas for the region right now! I’m interested to read the gender pay gap is narrower in NI - any thoughts to why this may be? Are we doing anything different or more progressive here or is it more the case of the large proportion of public sector, i.e., banded salaries?
