It's been busy few months for the team at Pd-m! We're thrilled to share some of our latest news and upcoming events.
1. New Partnership
We're excited to announce that we've become official product development and sustainability partners with HRC. The NIHR (National Institute for Health and Care Research) HealthTech Research Centre in Accelerated Surgical Care will work with businesses to support the development of medical devices, diagnostics and digital technologies. This new collaboration will facilitate sustainability to be embedded into new innovations coming through the HRC.
2. Hosted Webinars
We recently hosted a series of informative webinars in partnership with industry groups ABHI and Bionow . These webinars were a huge success, delivering up to date information and practical guidance on using sustainable innovation to reach Net Zero. 3. We Got published
Pd-m was featured in the latest New Design Yearbook, and we were even honoured with the cover story in Med-Tech Insights Magazine. We're thrilled to have our work showcased in these respected industry publications. Click here to read.
4. SurgTech 2024
Another highlight was our participation at the #Surgtech2024 conference, where we collected insightful feedback from over 100 attendees on the barriers to fostering innovation. We've compiled these responses into an illuminating article, which you can read on our LinkedIn page. Click here.
5. Bionow Awards
We're proud to share that we were named a finalist at the prestigious Bionow Awards 2024 in the technical service category. This recognition is a testament to the hard work and expertise of our team.

‘Innovate to Zero’ Podcast
We're thrilled to share that we will soon be launching the 'Innovate to Zero' podcast series, in which our Sustainability Lead, Rich Shaw , will be joined by leading industry figures to discuss various topics around this theme. Stay tuned for more news on this soon.
It's been eventful few months, and we're incredibly proud of all that the Pd-m team has accomplished. We look forward to continuing to push the boundaries of innovation and sustainability in the med-tech industry.
