TIP Strategies Briefing on Development of 10-Year Plan
Since September, GBC has been working with our consultant, TIP Strategies, to develop the 10 Year Economic Opportunity plan for the Baltimore Region, the purpose of which is to identify the evidence-informed set of strategies and investments needed to move the region forward. TIP had their fourth visit to the region last week, during which they had an opportunity to engage in numerous meetings with private and public sector leaders –including Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski – to discuss regional economic development challenges and goals. TIP and GBC will finalize the plan this Spring and it will be released at GBC’s Annual Meeting on May 23.??
