Progress not Perfection and...Episode 1 of The Nourished Collective Podcast

I just went for it over the last 24 hours and decided that rather than thinking endlessly about the kind of perfect podcast I really wanted to launch I was going to start. As Marie Forleo says "Progress not Perfection".

It's taken all sorts of bravery because I love podcasts and I really don't want to ruin the genre. There is also the small matter of making a regular commitment publically which had me a little nervous.

Anyway, it is done and I hope it is an encouragement to anyone in my network to try out the mantra and do something that you have been putting off for fear it is not good enough.

Nice to hear your voice, AB - sounding stronger than ever. Keep on keeping on and mucho luck with the new direction. Haven't listened to it all properly yet, but I will and will be an avid listener in future.
