Progress on a New Mail Station at Pine Haven MHC

Teton has committed to upgrading the mail station area at Pine Haven MHC, our 76-pad park in Castleton-On-Hudson, NY.?What was previously a simple bank of mailbox pedestals, is in the process of being transformed into a covered, well-lit mail station.?An inviting park bench and matching trash receptacle have already been installed and a beautiful three-sided wooden structure is on order to cover the mailbox pedestals and house a large enclosed bulletin board for posting park communications.?“The idea,” says George Whaling, President & CEO of Teton Management, “is to create a pleasant, safe, well-lit common area where our residents can stop to chat with neighbors when they retrieve their mail and keep abreast of community news and notices.” ??
