Progress is a Habit

Progress is a Habit

Progress is a habit. It is a mindset, and a mindset can always be improved. Strive for daily and weekly improvement in all your actions. Challenge your current commitment to self-progress. Every one of us faces the urgent need to make rapid and continuous progress in our personal lives, careers, and organizations. Incremental progress doesn’t work in today’s world. If your idea of progress is small, calculated steps toward a distant goal, others will pass you on the autobahn of change. Think BIG!

Absolutely! Progress often comes from those pivotal moments where we embrace transformational change. This concept reminds me of Ikigai, the Japanese philosophy that emphasizes finding purpose by aligning what you love, what you’re good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for.
