We’re delighted to share the latest on-site progress at 3 Copper Square, our innovative design for a 300,000 sqft office building and a cornerstone of Brent Cross Town.

We’ve now reached the 4th floor of the structure, which features Europe’s first precast concrete frame supporting cross-laminated timber (CLT) slabs.

This hybrid construction method is coming to life thanks to the vision and commitment of Related Argent , alongside an outstanding collaborative team, including Gardiner & Theobald LLP , Faithful+Gould , Heyne Tillett Steel , Atelier Ten , BAM UK & Ireland , PCE Limited , and EURBAN Limited .?

3 Copper Square exemplifies our commitment to creating high-quality spaces that foster creativity, productivity, and well-being. The offices provide:?

• well-being by design: Exposed timber soffits soften acoustics and lighting, creating an inspiring, natural working environment.
• flexibility and connectivity: 14 floors of office space with landscaped terraces and stunning views from Hampstead Heath to Central London.
• community-oriented spaces: Flexible retail space at ground level and a welcoming double-height reception.

Office spaces are flexible and large open floor plates allow for tailored fit-outs depending exactly on the specific needs of tenants.
