There’s a simple truth in life which can help fulfill your biggest goals and dreams. IF you choose to accept it.
That truth is this: who you are as a person dictates your success...or failure. And who you are can be broken down into 4 fundamental pieces:
1. The thoughts you think
2. The habits you follow
3. The decisions you make
4. The beliefs you have
All 4 of these things are within your control and can be shaped however you want. If you’re?aware?of them. The first step to being aware of your thoughts, habits, beliefs, and decisions is understanding where they’re coming from.
We’re programmed by the people around us and our experiences. And if our past programs who we are, and who we are dictates our future, then we need to be careful not to let our?past?to dictate our future. Letting our negative experiences to influence our lives is comparable to the house getting destroyed by some disaster and then taking the same cracked bricks and damaged materials and trying to build an even bigger house. People allow themselves to stay programmed by experience without changing who they are. My guess is you DON’T want your past to decide your future. The reality is, if we want to have more in life and be successful, we must change as individuals. The good news is, even though this change takes a lot of work, you can follow a simple process:

1. Become aware of your past programming
2. Decide and take small steps to change your habits, thoughts, and beliefs
3. Repeat
Now, this doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a lot like working out and dieting to build muscle or lose weight. Progress is gradual, but over time the results can be astonishing. Learn — through awareness — what’s required to grow your thoughts, habits, and beliefs + put in the work every single day to create positive change = in a few short months you’ll be a radically enhanced version of yourself. That’s when you start to have the kind of success, you’re really capable of, because will unlock your true potential.?
