PROGRAMMED POISON IN FULL BLOOM

????????????????????????????????

I remember when Jimmy KImmel was the comic relief sidekick on the show “WIn Ben Stein’s Money” and I thought,’This guy’s got talent’. He’s fast, smart and funny. Then he did “The Man Show” which was deliberately? an adolescent romp meant to be nothing more than lowbrow fun.? Then he got his own talk show? and like far too many of the late show format, he started to see his role as more and more self important. And then…Covid.?

And he drank the Kool-Aid. And from there on in, he viewed himself as a champion of the left wing agenda.? The? El Cid? of late night bather with vacuous guests promoting their crappy movies. He, like many others of his ilk, broke the main rule of show business –? don’t take on opinions that will alienate a large portion of your audience, because in show business, getting as big of an audience is what it’s all about. It all comes down to how many asses you can get in the seats.??

But Kimmell was too big for any such notion. His,? was a cause. A noble fight. A righteous? campaign of left wing talking points shared by his vapid nit wit celebrity friends. There was no doubt that they were on, “the right side of history.”??

When reality hit last Tuesday Kimmel confronted his audience with teary eyed despair. It was obvious that he thought anyone who “mattered” would feel the same.? His party lost. And he spoke into the camera reminiscent of when David Letterman went back on the air after 9/11.? A tragedy befell the country. ? He? then said he felt sorry for the Harris voters, and even sorrier for the Trump voters, because “They didn’t know what they are doing.”

To which my message to Kimmel is…

YOU CONDESCENDING PRICK.

?What level of a messianic complex does this pinhead have to think he is the arbiter of how we should think as a society.? “Forgive them Lord for they know not what they do!”???

?And then, I realized, it isn't his fault.?

Kimmel has simply fallen into the cluster of craven stooges who do the bidding of a corrupt and immoral media. It’s all he sees, it’s all he hears, it’s all he knows. And in a way, it’s good that he did what he did. Because he is a representative of the brainwashed. It’s the perfect showcase of misguided thinking for the world to see.?

It’s fine not to like Trump. It’s fine to make fun of Trump. There’s plenty of fodder to do so. But when? entertainers start thinking that they are the great intellects and the guides of a generation as to how to think,? they go from artist to a-hole.?

My advice to Jimmy Kimmel.? Try to be funny. You might want to watch some re-runs of “Win Ben Stein’s Money.”? That guy was pretty good.?

So true. I've never seen Kimmel's show (though sometimes clips pop up), but I have seen Ben Stein.
