The 2018 ECA National Conference program has arrived! ECA is pleased to announce two panels that will be program highlights:

1) Ethical Leadership Panel 

Referencing the ECA Code of Ethics and the work of philosophers and ethicists from the past and ever-changing present, this panel will reflect and debate on what it takes to shift towards a stronger ethical leadership perspective in early childhood education. Featuring:

2) Transition and Future Directions in Early Education and Care Panel

This panel will discuss the transition to the new subsidy system, the implementation of the NDIS and changes to the National Quality Standard, as well as future directions in policy, funding and regulation. Featuring:
