IT Program Manager – Brussels (Belgium) – Freelance 3 Years+

For a financial services client in the centre of Brussels, I am looking for a freelance IT Program Manager to work on a long-term project.

This is a hybrid role where you are required on site 2 days per week in Brussels.

Role:

-???????? Lead and collaborate with the supplier on the ongoing IT platform development program to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.

-???????? Manage all phases of the program lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

-???????? Maintain rigorous financial oversight of costs and budgets.

-???????? Facilitate clear communication and coordination among all stakeholders—senior management, project teams, and external partners—while ensuring effective change management.

Required:

-????????? You have 5+ years experience in a similar function.

-????????? Proven experience as an IT Program Manager managing large-scale multiyear IT programs.

-????????? Experience working with external IT partners and managing vendor relationships.

-????????? Fluent in English.
