A WRITE UP FROM THE ARCHIVES OF MY DIARY -

PROFUNDITY IS INVERSELY PROPORTIONAL TO POPULARITY

What is profound is not popular and what is popular is not profound !! If you observe things and life around you- you will find this maxim to be true. One should go for profundity and not popularity. Popularity after profundity is good. Many musical wizards what to talk of Lata Mangeshkar, Mozart, Beethoven, Vivaldi and many others and even in this generation - Shreya Ghoshal, Alka Yagnik, Manjari, Fariha Pervez, and many many of them have achieved their popularity after they have achieved profundity - And that is the right path of popularity. You know what type of music is popular !! Just see in the realm of music – profound is classical music , be it western or our Indian music but it is not popular . One should try to develop profundity is oneself – for that is the real thing. Aur usme bahut sadhana aur tapasya chahiye. After a lot of suffering and experience in life I have realized this that - Profundity is inversely proportional to Popularity. Class comes from profundity and not popularity. That is the word ‘classical’!!

Be it in any realm, education , media, film, music, corporate, …….etc etc. popularity is the easy path to go for. these days people go for cheap popularity. Some people –yes advocate a fast path of popularity – jaldi se facebook par jao – get thousands of like and be happy. Popularity should be the outcome of your hard work - let it come , gracefully gradually and gloriously. And yes some people advocate quick popularity through cheap publicity – ye sab unke methods hote hai. !! They advocates cheap popularity through cheap publicity and then augur competition among individual – promote jealousy among individuals through comparison and competition - jealousy gives rise to power politics and so on- And then preside over this chaos like a supreme lord and enjoy your power position with people suffering under you. Such is the management of affairs these days . Beware of such people !! Develop your own ideology based on profound principles. Go in for profundity – for that is the real thing. Keep a low profile , be a non entity in public eyes and gradually keep on developing yourself - and then when the times comes strike and go public and the recognition is yours. Go for recognition not popularity. There is difference between –Recognition and Popularity. That’s the smart way of working . Just reflect for yourself and see – you will find this is the truth. I hope you understand - if you have questions you can always ask me.

NB – word of advice once again keep away from people of wrong energy – As advised earlier give them a Royal Ignore. They pollute and create aberrations in the innocent minds of people for their own cheap goodness. You have suffered so much I hope you realize this. Become a woman of substance by chasing profundity and not popularity.

Argument taken further :

People say this path is difficult and impossible. I don’t agree !! it is not a question of expecting the impossible – but being reasonable and logical in consonance with nature. In nature and existence we as individuals are all uniquely different from each other. Our educational system both at school level and higher education doesn’t treat us that way. Our children are made to compete with each other in school and grown ups in offices for their performance. As individuals we are all different in so many ways. Apple will compete with apple and not oranges. But in reality all different fruits are being made to compete with each other. Is that natural and ok ? I’m afraid not !! Every child in school is different in his or her way in every way. But they are being trained and educated in a uniform system with common learning outcomes and teaching ethos. Someone is good in music, the other person is good in arts or sports etc – that’s how nature has made them. Imagine Sachin Tendulkar becoming a doctor and Amitabh Bachan becoming a cricketer. Education system should identify talent in children at the beginning itself – apple identified as apple and orange identified as orange – and then train and develop them as unique entities of God.

Competition Vs Coop-tition

Competition amongst employees in organization, competition amongst students in schools and colleges is the biggest malaise in society. What is good for products in not good for human beings. Competition is amongst similar entities – as human beings we are all separate and unique entities of existence. The purpose of life is that every individual should realize his or her uniqueness and realize their full potential accordingly. The so called modern management augurs competition between individual to realize peoples full potential – but that doesn’t happen – instead negative emotions take over engendering jealousy, and power politics etc which vitiates and spoils the good organizational culture and healthy environment. Sadly mostly bosses in today’s organization encourage competition – amongst employees – not only that, they go beyond –to divide and rule policy. Pit one employee against the other dividing both – enhancing their jealousy and differences – then manipulating them to achieve their perverted goals. And the boss sits like a lord over these fights and rules supreme doing nothing but wasting his time counseling the fighters over the fight which simply could not have been there, but only courtesy dirty competition which they encourage to keep their position safe. Instead of managing this senior bosses should have their own agenda – implementing the vision, strategic direction etc of the organization, and other aspects of micro and macro management. These aspects are neglected because of their silly ego games - anddddddd the organization dies.

There is no need to compete but complete each other.

Competition should be replaced with Coop-tition.

I wrote two poems long ago on the above thoughts –

First -

Competition

Competition is not the mission,

it is a part of illusion

in the three - dimensional world of confusion.

Do you like pure love emotion?

Do not allow mind to be in motion.

Reach the stillness in your mind

and expand your heart Divine.

Do not be afraid of your power,

because you have the right for pure desire.

Your Divine fire will lead you to the land admired,

where you can reach appreciation

without any limitation.

Second -

Coop-tition or Completion

There is a completion

in every little mission.

When life is flowing,

it balances bowing.

This is the time for appreciation

which brings you sweet limitation.

The solution is not connected with illusion,

but is awakened manifestation

with unlimited love emotion,

expressing the compassion

for any three dimensional fashion.

Competition is not a part of mission.

It is only a frustration

on the way out of illusion

without love’s impulsion,

and it can carry an angry explosion.

This is not a healthy way

to reach the peaceful valley

residing inside the heart dimension

that is connected with the morning star

allowing you to reach the sky,

without asking why.

There is faith and love emotion,

always one with the ocean.

There is no space

for the illusionary face.

It is only concentration

with unlimited imagination

which is part of Divine creation.

So that was for profundity, popularity , competition jealousy etc etc ….. Beware of the negatives in life coming from these. I pray to God that you develop into profound individual !!
