Fixed-income property bonds provide greater security and capital preservation than many investment products. They achieve this by protecting and underwriting the capital invested with tangible real estate assets for the bond term, with the principal repaid on maturity.
The fund is an open-ended vehicle that focuses on long-term capital growth by exposing at least 70% of its assets to the real estate market, subject to market opportunities.
The company has the flexibility to invest in a wide range of instruments, including but not limited to listed equities, fixed-income securities (which may be below investment grade), convertible bonds, commodities, foreign exchange, and other instruments.
The investment objective of the Company is to seek to achieve long-term capital appreciation with an absolute return focus by employing a multi-strategy approach.
Informed and carefully researched acquisitions are made by only acquiring assets that have already been identified to come forward as part of a larger plan or project. Investments of the Company are not limited geographically or by the type of instrument.

2. Thailand Residential / Hotel - €4.2M Thailand’s property market has shown annual growth of 5-10 % per annum for the last 8 years and is widely believed to be a solid investment for the foreseeable future. Thailand continues to be an attractive retirement and holiday destination as well as being home to a growing business community.
3. International Investment Funds - €4M The fund has carefully analysed external real estate fund opportunities and has executed these investments using capital from the fund creating passive income without the responsibilities of direct ownership.
4. Euro Corporate Loans (SME) - €1M Diversified the fund position by giving high-yielding asset-backed loans to successful corporates.
5. Swedish Residential Developments - €7.5M Investment in Development sites that have planning consent and option agreements in place. Once options are paid, the gross value of the project will be €32M and the projects will have a €100M gross value on completion. 6. UK Land Development - €800,000 The UK is experiencing a growing housing demand coupled with a shortage of supply. The number of households has risen in recent years. In part, because more people are living alone, rising life expectancies and high levels of immigration.
