Profitable Leaders Dig For Treasure

It's no surprise, New Years' is a time to reflect and to aspire forward. Yet, 2020 may cause some anxiety, disappointment, or even loss reflecting on any unfinished or unable to pull the trigger on plans with the unprecedented year. We are all in the same boat with things out of our control, but we are NOT all of the same mindset to leverage and grow.

This is where you can set yourself apart from being in the "sea of sameness" to claiming your own buried treasure!

The extraordinary times we find ourselves in should not be feared; instead, they provide insights into the enormous treasures available to you to impact your life, leadership, and the world at large.

How do you access these treasures? By becoming an EXPLORER! 

I've found three essential jewels Profitable Leaders will invest their time exploring and, in doing so, reap huge rewards. These are: Expanding their awareness, comprehending new profit models, and positioning to be a lane creator—all of which I breakdown in my new book, Journey Into New Levels Of Profitable Leadership.

Let's dig a little into the first jewel!

Self Awareness is nothing new; in fact, we hear about it often! But it can start to sound like white noise from all our "to-do lists" blocking our way, or guilt that has set in because we know better but don't take the time to do better. 

Yet, I have 100% proof that expanding your awareness can make you (and your business) MORE profitable! I'll show you how to access the evidence at the end. 

For now, take a close look at your 2020 self. Stand in front of a mirror and really look at yourself until you see your "inner leader" looking back. Yep, this may feel weird and hard to do, but worth it! When you found he/her take a moment and congratulate yourself for having the courage to look inward. Then be still and listen to your higher intuition - trusting that there is more to come. You do not need to become a product of your environment. Rather, YOU can create the environment, mindset, and position for an inside-out successful rewarding 2021. 

Now that you see yourself - Consider how does the "you today" compare to the new enlightened leadership era at hand? Get curious and open yourself up to possibilities.

Here are some "explorer" questions to dig for the buried treasures that await you:

• How do you want to influence? I mean, really affect?
• What will be the measure of your Leadership 'WHY'?
• How will you be instilling kindness and empowerment?
• How will you position yourself and others based on their highest value?
• How will you provide clear guidance to reach success with "expanding" authority levels? (i.e., using new levels of trust as a profitable measurement)
• Where are you stuck in the current container?
• What are your primary fears or blockers, and how are they demonstrated? (i.e., through pushing, pulling, even demanding)

Any one of these questions can draw out your leadership voice's strength and help you lean into inspiration and open up the discovery process to find more buried treasure. 

I encourage you to be patient and kind, allowing the "treasures" of personal transformation to reveal themselves to you so that the vision of New Levels of your Profitable Leadership can ignite and illuminate the way. 

?Accessing The Evidence: 

In the New Era of Profitable Leadership - Profit is much more than money, wealth, and status. In its holistic form, it is the FREEDOM to choose how to show up in your life and the experiences you'll have. 

How is expanded awareness an outside profit? 

I find working with my 'new' clients not yet aware of their Profit Power Zones that they're not taking advantage of all the outside profit they could have by tuning into their untapped self-awareness.

When a client presents that is not aware of their unconscious self, more often than not, they're exhibiting many of the symptoms this also entails in their business environment. One such example is:

They are unaware of how they're impacting other people around them – and their well- being. How their energy (vibration) is perceived – are they approachable or not? So as a result, (the symptoms) they end up having to repeat themselves over and over because the individual is not “hearing” the words, rather feeling the vibration. Feeling frustrated, they take it over, taking away from their highest and best focus. That's, $$ Profit Power Leaks!

There is a whole gamut of things that can be "measured" and their direct impact on the bottom line.
