Profitability in Indian context

In India, running an manufacturing industry is most difficult in the sense that unnecessary unionism, management politics or lobbyism, low productivity, people's attitude, concern about right more than about duty. People issue is the big issue. Two min problems are cowardice mentality and ego unlimited. This 'yes' man concept is ruining India. It is a slave culture where employees are biased by slavery and think themselves as servant. The professionals are guided by f or the family, of the family, by the family interest rather than logic or individual existence. That is the saddest part here. If somebody comes out of it, everybody shouts 'gone, gone, everything's gone'. Sorry state of affairs. Comedy of error after error for cowardness and ego. Unionism is completely for vested interest in India. And Unions are neither working for industry nor for the working class. So, both suffers. Profitability becomes a rare commodity for for high labour cost and unnecessary hurdles by the trade unions to bring 'state of the art' technology. Again cowardice management ruins the Company who are like beggars and does not proceed logically but lost their self esteem to the Unions. No surplus value is generated, It is like a charitable organisation far away from business. Professionals are dolls of the owner who has no professional education but only has money acquired from the previous generations. If owner is a illiterate or only generic education like ba, bcom, bsc, in the long bound to fall and can not survive. Uday Kotak will survive. Kumar Mangalam will survive as they are professionally educated and know hoe to run a business,. No management agency can fool them. Profitability comes from people, And they know how to handle people and motivate/inspire them. It is a changed world. Not for illiterate owners but for owners who have at least an MBA degree and know to manage people other than other skills and competences.
