Profit is not a dirty word !

Companies that exist only to produce profit don’t last long. And companies that don’t pay attention to profits cant exist to fulfill their long-term purpose.

Pursuing profits without a higher purpose Or pursuing a purpose without profit are equally fatal strategies. 
That’s the paradox that needs to be managed. Many ‘value studies’ have repeatedly shown that profits follow from worthy and useful purposes. They’re issues to be balanced. We must get them in the right order.

Do what you love, but be damned sure it’s profitable. If you do the work you love but it doesn’t generate income, your business will fail ! Making profits is important. Because it keeps all our people in jobs and. It keeps what we’ve created going. 

In business, profits are a reward; a magic elixir upon which progress and all good things depend ultimately. 

Hence, don’t settle for anything less than passion and profit !
