Pay Over 3 Months

"For a recent C-suite appointment, we spread the payment over the 6-month probation period, making the fee a more affordable and manageable expense for our client. For standard positions, such as Property Managers and Branch Managers, we spread the fee over three months to support cash flow."
This option divides the fee into three equal installments, with the rebate calculated on a monthly basis. If a candidate leaves within the rebate period, payments are halted, and a replacement candidate is sourced without additional charge. Clients choosing this option are asked to set up a standing order to facilitate the scheduled payments.
Pay Upon Invoice
This is the traditional recruitment fee model, and some clients still prefer the simplicity of paying in one instalment upon invoice. Sally Asling notes:
"If this works for our clients, that’s great—we’re all about providing choice."
Retained Recruitment Services
This option is ideal for clients anticipating multiple hires over the course of a year. ProFind works with each company to create a tailored package, enabling them to save approximately 20% annually on recruitment fees. Additionally, clients benefit from free replacement candidates if an initial hire does not work out, with all costs spread across affordable monthly payments.

"For clients with ongoing hiring needs, this option makes perfect sense. They can rely on us to deliver top talent within their timelines and build a 'bench' of candidates for future needs. We act as their external internal recruiter, fostering a relationship built on trust and partnership."
Terms and Conditions
Each service option comes with specific terms. For example, retained services require a sole agency agreement, and monthly payment options require clients to establish standing orders.
