The profile of an ideal sprint interviewer
1.) Knows how to make testers comfortable
2.) Understands the goal of the interview
3.) Knows how to ask deeper and open-ended questions
4.) Lets the tester speak freely but knows how to moderate the interview
5.) No bias or emotional attachment towards what's being tested.
6.) Doesn't ask leading or directed questions
7.) lets the interviewee speak more than them
8.) Doesn't assume anything about the user, asks the stupid/basic questions.
9.) Does not rely on a script but has some questions prepared.
10.) Asks the user to show, beyond telling
11.) Could synthesize findings
12.) Embraces silence
