Professor Ashok Kumar Chawla's Visit to NAVIS HR: A Boost to Language Learning and Cultural Exchange

On 28th March 2023, NAVIS Human Resources had the honour of hosting Professor Ashok Kumar Chawla, Advisor (Japan), Ministry of External Affairs, at our training centre in Bangalore. The visit was aimed at strengthening cultural exchange and language learning, especially in the context of Japanese and German languages.

Upon arrival, Chawla San was warmly welcomed by NAVIS HR CEO, Takako Oshibuchi. The first event on the agenda was a welcome meeting. Here, Chawla San was introduced to the NAVIS HR team and given an overview of the company's mission and vision.

The highlight of the visit was the observation of language classes. Chawla San visited the 16th batch classroom and observed the students' progress in N4 level Japanese. He also visited the 15th batch classroom, where the students were role-playing in N3 level Japanese. These visits were an excellent opportunity for Chawla San to witness the practical application of language learning and appreciate the efforts of the trainers.

In addition to the Japanese language, Chawla San was also introduced to the German language programme. He visited the German batch classroom and interacted with the students and the trainers.

A group photo session with all the staff and employees was organised to mark the occasion. The photoshoot was a perfect opportunity to capture the essence of cultural exchange and language learning at NAVIS HR.

Chawla San also gave a motivational speech to all students, emphasising the importance of language learning and cultural exchange.

Chawla San also interacted with returning candidates to understand their experience and the impact of language learning on their career.

The visit concluded with a meeting between Chawla San and the Japanese trainers. The trainers had an opportunity to interact with Chawla San and discuss their training methodology and approaches.

Overall, Professor Ashok Kumar Chawla's visit was an enriching experience for everyone at NAVIS HR. It emphasized the importance of language learning and people exchange in today's globalised world.
