I began my career in the media field in 2005 as a media planner, focusing on learning and planning for various media channels. As time went on, I transitioned into working closely with clients, assisting them in achieving their communication goals. This shift led me to delve deeper into project management, ensuring our clients' objectives were effectively met. There was a chapter in my career when I explored in-house marketing, gaining valuable insights into how marketing departments operate from the client's perspective. This experience greatly enhanced my understanding of our clients' needs, enabling me to provide more tailored solutions.?

What's your typical work day like??
Negotiation is a crucial aspect of my work. It is not limited to the beginning of the year when we agree upon conditions with customers for the entire calendar year. The media industry is highly dynamic, presenting us with various challenges throughout the year. For instance, this year, the issue of advertising availability has become particularly significant. In such cases, I collaborate with my team and clients to find innovative solutions and navigate the market despite the limited advertising inventory.??

What accomplishment are you most proud of??
I take pride in effectively communicating the latest trends in the advertising market to a diverse audience, including industry experts and individuals who may not be familiar with its intricacies.

What are your thoughts on the future of your profession and how it will evolve??
The media market is constantly evolving, but it is expected to persist. While more activities are becoming digitized and automated, human intervention and supervision are still necessary. When I began working in 2005, we used to send printed TV orders via fax and physically transport TV clips to channels using Betacam cassettes. Although automation has made certain processes more efficient, artificial intelligence has not yet completely replaced human intervention.?

I have a keen interest in innovation, and I actively stay updated with news at the group level, as well as the trends in the Baltic countries. As dentsu group is recognized as one of the top advertising companies globally, it offers us a wealth of valuable information.?
