Join a day’s experience of an innovative programme for professional leaders under 40.?

The world is experiencing a decade of huge transition. In addition to adjusting to post-COVID life, everyone is grappling with the effects of Brexit, supply issues, a changing workplace, cost of living crisis, the green agenda, the energy crisis, and a war in Europe. All this is leaving leaders and communities wondering what next? With the future of our organisations and our world in the balance, everyone is both anxious and hopeful about prospects of renewal.?

The challenges which now face leaders are much different to those which came before.??This means that what leaders used to know and do has changed and a new understanding and practice is required. There is a need for leaders who can take the reins, shape the future, and make positive change happen. Transition Leadership 2023 invites high potential individuals and leaders under 40 to take part in a year -long programme of extensive professional development commencing the Autumn of 2023 to create leaders best suited to the ever- changing environment. However, before such a big commitment, we are holding a ‘Taster’ experience day on the Transition Leadership 2023??Programme on 19th?June in London. This is to give young professional leaders an experience of what the programme will be like. The one day ‘experience’ on 19th?June will just cost ￡95 including lunch. The day will commence at 10.30am and close at 4.00pm.?

The day will include:

·???????Rewiring leadership for today’s world?

·???????Understanding why transformation is so challenging.?

·???????Speakers on key topics such as net zero and sustainability; health and well- being; todays values and purpose of business; the future of technology and its impact; reality of complexity and geo-politics- these will be short (5 minute) talks with Q&As

·???????Group work on topics you care about.

Conclusion

Transition Leadership 2023 is a 12- month programme of extensive professional development with world class tutors and mentors. Designed and curated by Hilarie Owen, author of nine books including ‘New Thinking on Leadership: A Global Perspective’; ‘The Leadership Manual: Your complete practical guide to effective leadership’ and ‘WeLead: How Women Become Leaders the programme will focus on helping individuals to become future-ready leaders. The programme will equip participants with the skills to:?

·???????Sustainable Economy?– circular economy, transforming to stakeholder capitalism, sustainable agriculture, improving soil.?
