PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL PRESENCE: COMMUNICATE WITH IMPACT AND STRATEGY

From the moment we are on a social network, there is a personal brand associated with our profile. Developing it with strategy and impact is a conscious decision we can take?

In an era where online interactions dominate, the ability to communicate effectively in the digital world is essential. This is why we prepared a webinar to cover the skills you need to enhance your online presence: from personal branding to creating quality content; where aligning your personal/professional goals with a powerful communication strategy is the key to long-term success.?

The event, which was free of charge, was delivered in portuguese and had more than 50 people registered. The dynamics of the event were varied and included: real-case situations, tools/tips about what ?TO DO and what ?NOT TO DO, and questions and answers. The feedback received at the end of the session was all positive, which demonstrates the success of the chosen topic. What have we discussed and learned??

We talked about the communication strategy and key differentiation factors. We shared useful tools (in-person only bonuses!) and book recommendations to expand the knowledge on the subject. Here are the key take-aways:?

  1. ?Define a strategy. Don't know what to writea bout? Then, ask yourself: What is the target audience (sector)? What message do I want to convey (specialist in a given area)??
  2. Prioritize a social network. Don’t have “time” for all sociais networks? Then, select the digital platform that makes more sense for you and your audience (e.g. LinkedIn is the main platform for the pharmaceutical industry in Portugal)?
  3. Be coherence and Consistent. Plan your editorial calendar and commit to a publish frequently (up to you to define a frequency you can commit to). The content of publications is to be aligned with your strategy.?
  4. Be authentic. Publication with simple, emotional, and personalized language. From people to people (humanized), and that end with a call for action.?
  5. Leverage the algorithm. Be strategic about what you interact with (likes, shares, responses), the connections you establish and in the people you follow.?
