Heute m?chte ich Euch/Sie auf den Future Work Track hinweisen: am Mittwoch, 08. M?rz, besch?ftigen wir uns den ganzen Tag mit New Work, Workation, Female Leadership?und der Zukunft von Arbeit im Tourismus. Menschliche Arbeit, Kreativit?t und Gastfreundschaft bleiben Grundlage für zukünftigen Erfolg im Tourismus. Aber die Regeln der Arbeit ?ndern sich dramatisch. Der Future Work Track bietet Orientierung im Kampf gegen Fach- und Arbeitskr?ftemangel sowie Kompetenzverlust. Er beschreibt neue Arten und Formate von Arbeitsabl?ufen und Arbeitswelten. Wir definieren die Bedürfnisse und das Verhalten von jungen Talenten sowie von Reiseprofis in Zeiten des Wandels.

The ITB is getting closer!

Today I would like to draw your attention to the Future Work Track: on Wednesday, 8 March, we will spend the whole day looking at New Work, Workation, Female Leadership and the future of work in tourism. Human labour, creativity and hospitality remain the basis for future success in tourism. But the rules of work are changing dramatically. The Future Work Track offers orientation in the fight against skills and labour shortages and loss of competence. It describes new types and formats of work processes and working environments. We define the needs and behaviour of young talents as well as travel professionals in times of change.
