- Following up on all assigned products on daily basis
- Following up on the services’ enhancements on daily basis
- Handling service testing?
- Understanding the requirements of other teams/departments to enhance the service/system requirements.
- ?Working on Analysis for the products performance (gap analysis)
- ?Communicating with all departments to check the readiness for any new service to be added
- Communicating with the external teach team to follow up on the system
- Reviewing new contracts for issuing TR
- Working on UI/UX designs for the application
- Creating new processes for the Merchants
- Working on facilitating the CX for Merchants & ordinary customers
- Working on training materials for sales team
- Working on System Migration when needed
- Experience 2-4 yrs. in the same position & preferable background from telecommunication or banking
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably Business Administration or Computer Science
- Awareness of Product Journey
- Good experience with CX (Preferable)
- Proven experience with UI/UX & web design (preferable)
- Very good knowledge about Marketing principles
- Proven Experience in MS office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint,…ETC) is a must
- Awareness of contract contributions
