Over the past year we have learnt that we are more resilient than we thought, we have re-evaluated our priorities but also recognised how imbalanced our lives were, or still are. What has become evident for all is that we need to manage our habits and our productivity both for our continued performance but also for our health and wellbeing.
As we find ourselves on the cusp of a new phase of adaptation returning to the office or a hybrid office we need to continue to support our people helping them adjust while maintaining performance and wellbeing.
My 6 module Productivity and Wellbeing programme helps teams to reassess their priorities, to focus on the work that matters while giving them tools and techniques to manage their state and their mindset daily. 6 compact training sessions with material that will have a lasting impact on your team.
1. Managing Mindset
Our Mindset greatly impacts the way we live, what we are capable of achieving and how we choose to approach challenges and problems. The subject of Mindset will be covered in a practical and workable manner. It will help attendees to become more conscious of their thoughts, habits and behaviours and how they can have more control of them. This gives attendees an understanding of what contributes to their mindset and how they can reasonably influence their mindset daily in a positive way.
2. Planning & Prioritisation
In order to be able to continuously deliver on work commitments it’s important to focus on the intersection between goals and priorities and give the team the tools that will allow for better choices around priorities. Using a variety of prioritisation methods to help identify the core focus and understand where time and attention is merited.
3. Workflow
Bringing goals and priorities into daily manifestation, how to manage calendar and tasks in Outlook. If feasible your team will get to implement suggestions on the go, helping them to feel more in control of their tasks and their workload.
4. Managing Email and other Communications
Learn tips and tricks work towards inbox zero. We will also discuss the barriers to communication and collaboration and put a plan in motion to improve email, meetings and other team communication touch points.
5. High Performance Habits
Positive and productive habits are necessary for living a productive and happy life. Participants will learn how habits are formed and how they can create habits with a framework called The Habit Method. This session will also cover the Weekly Review, the glue that binds the system together
6. Staying Focused & Motivated
Stop reacting and multitasking. Start proactively setting boundaries and taking control of your time and attention. Lots of tips on how to stay focused, what to do when you fall off the path and how to get back on track.
