The One Thing

I believe I would make Stephen a much happier man if I could articule "The One Thing" that stands over and above all the tools, techniques, products, and services that I've offered over an entrepreneurial span of 34 years in business. The diversity of my history so far is confusing people!

Together, we are wondering if this is "Productivity" or perhaps "Flow"? This is where I need your help - those of you who have known me for a few weeks, and those of you who have known me for far longer. What's the one thing?!

This is our gift to you too:
if you can define "The One Thing" for you and your business, you'll make doing business with you far easier!
Confusion rarely leads to the kind of action you and I would prefer and like.

The One Thing for Lexisclick is "Customer Obsession." They are "Customer Obsessed." That's an example of "The One Thing" that is full of energy, promise, and potential. It makes me what to know more.

I know everything we've done under the banner of Entertrainment serves to help people just like you enjoy more of Life, and enjoy it more abundantly...

...but that's my language. Until I know you better, I can only hope it's language that works for you too.

Is "Productivity" a better hook? In essence, I help people enjoy Life abundantly by helping them to be more fruitful - to bear fruit - getting a better return on investment - an increase that could be summarised as

"Productivity!"

A Chair with Four Legs

The 'chair' of 'Productivity' has four legs: techniques, team, time, and technology

While I'm learning what you really want, I have been thinking about the four legs of the chair we call, "Productivity." They are:

  • Technique - from mind mapping to speed reading, thinking on the spot to touch typing - the techniques we teach help you to produce desirable results...faster! Plus most of our techniques enable you to innovate and thus differentiate yourself from the competition;
  • Team - increasing your productive flow must include recruiting and developing your multi-talented 'Flow' Team - a motivated set of people who share a common mission and diverse strengths;
  • Time - because until you control your time you will always be limited by the 168 hours per week ceiling; but with three of you at least in a team, you can exponentially multiply and magnify the results you produce;
  • Technology - technological innovations that allow you to automate, to amplify, to repeat, to replicate your ROI. With the right systems, apps, and technology in place, you can buy back some of that limited time than can then be re-invested elsewhere.
