I'm a researcher at the Regent's University of London and the University of Northampton. I'm conducting a piece of PhD research on" How should multi-national companies (MNCs) improve cross-cultural expatriate leadership competencies to increase expatriation success in the future?" I'm looking for 50 expatriate managers to do a short questionnaire about leadership skills/cross-culture management/expatriate competencies. The participants could be the expatriates who are sent by their home countries to work in a subsidiary in a foreign country. For instance, a German expatriate who works for Siemens is sent to work in the UK branch office. Alternatively, they could simply be an expatriate manager who works in a foreign country. Former CEO of PepsiCo Indra Nooyi is a perfect example. I’m happy to share my findings results with you if you want to know. If you know any potential participants, please refer them to me, they could reach me at my Regent’s University email: [email protected].
