Productivity Hacks Digital Don Swears By ??
There is so much we all can do in a day.?
I know it feels bad when you have not ticked off anything of your to-do’s or made zero progress.?
Worry not, it is time you look at things differently, re-learn some tested ones, and get more tasks done minus the complexity.??
Ready, let’s dive in!
1. I use a time tracker to do tasks I procrastinate or find challenging. Not only does it help me deliver excellent results in the stipulated time, but it also helps me see where I am wasting time and keeps me alert.?
2. I take regular breaks every 2 hours. Either, I walk 1000 steps, do some sit-ups, or just relax my eyes to stay in the groove. Splashing your eyes with water works wonders too.?
3. Emotional mastery is something I am yet to achieve Zen at. I accept I don’t know it all. I isolate, vent out, and seek advice as per the situation. I never invalidate my emotions. I feel them to their maximum intensity and then take decisions that aid my mental health.?
4. Sleep hygiene is a must. I sleep a minimum of 8 to 9 hours daily. To avoid getting bad dreams, I either recite the Gayatri mantra or say positive affirmations before sleeping.?
5. I am a forgetful person and I don’t beat myself for it. I jot down the littlest of tasks and say to myself good job for completing it.?
Let’s be honest. While you might be having the most supportive set of family and friends, no one can compensate for a lack of self-appreciation.?

6. If I know some tasks can be completed in advance, I do them even if I feel lazy. Trust me, it will benefit you a lot in the long run.?
7. I start the day by writing something for myself. As my cup is full, I can give myself fully to others without messing up things.?
8. I listen to good songs, do my funny dances, give myself the most hilarious motivational speeches, and enjoy every moment.?
9. Before getting angry, irritated, or lashing out at someone, I go out on a walk to clear my mind. It helps me analyze my triggers and talk to the other person with a calm mind.?
10. I celebrate the small stuff as much as my big wins.?
These are some things I do to make my life easy.?
What about you all?

2 年When I'm asked for my current top productivity tip, I say: Take as many micro-breaks as you need. A micro-break is typically five minutes and here's how to do it: 1) get up from wherever you are, 2) go outside (best if you go into or as close to nature as possible), 3) do not get on another device, talk to anyone, or think about anything, 4) just be fully present, consider closing your eyes and take several deep breaths. Again, because they don't take long, take a micro-break whenever you BEGIN to feel overwhelmed and stressed. They work wonders.
