Productivity has become such a big part of life today that everyone wants to find ways to improve their own productivity levels. Whether you want to get better at something like working out or learning new skills, these 5 simple productivity hacks should help you achieve just what you want
Furthermore, it isn't only about getting things done faster ensuring they are done right! So here I have compiled some tips on how to manage time wisely so you don't end up wasting any precious moments of yours.
Productivity is being able to do things that you were never able to do before.
Use The Pomodoro Technique
I discovered that you could learn how to improve your effectiveness and be better able to estimate how long a task will take to complete by recording how you utilize your time ~ Francesco Cirillo
This is my personal favorite. I used to find it difficult to concentrate on tasks. Then Google introduced me to Pomodoro Technique.
This technique was developed by Francesco Cirillo.
You split your work hours into 25 minutes intervals followed by 5 minutes break. You put your distractions (mostly phone) on the side and concentrate on work for 25 minutes. You repeat 3-4 times and then take a longer break! And, REPEAT!
Set A Goal For Each Day
Another mistake I made was not setting my to-do list the night before. I used to wake up clueless about things I have to accomplish during the day.
Trust me, I wasted a lot of time figuring things out.
Setting goals/to-do list helps us stay on track throughout our day. It also helps you track everything that needs to be accomplished.
If you can't figure out one goal, identify three tasks that you need to do. It could include reading through emails, completing assignments, reaching out to clients, studying for exams, etc.

Create An Effective Workflow
Being overwhelmed with work is another issue that a lot of people face.
If you feel overwhelmed by the amount of work you have to do every single day, create an efficient workflow. Plan your day, slot your tasks and do them!
It will help you reduce stress and save valuable time.
Try using tools like Trello, Notion, or Nifty. They allow you to easily organize projects into different boards based on priority. You can even assign certain roles to people in your team.
Prioritize Your Tasks
Do you often end up feeling that the tasks that you completed could have been deleted or delegated?
One mistake that we make is that we don't prioritize our tasks.
It might seem obvious but prioritizing your daily workload will ensure you never run out of time in the first place.
Make a list of all the important and urgent tasks you need to complete during the day and cross them off once you've finished.
Take Breaks When Needed
Taking breaks is essential to staying productive throughout the day. However, many people tend to underestimate the importance of taking regular breaks.
Instead of rushing straight back to work after lunch, why not go outside for a walk? Or maybe grab a coffee with a friend?
Taking small breaks between long periods of concentrated effort will allow you to return to work feeling refreshed and ready to tackle whatever comes next.
