Productivity


Goal-setting is essential for any individual or company looking to improve performance! We can use the same strategies for individuals looking to improve health & fitness! How do we do that?

3 strategies:

  1. Have a template to take notes/journal
  2. Write your goals on that same template for you to see and adjust weekly
  3. Write down HOW you are going to achieve those goals. I.E. ACTION PLAN

Keep things simple for yourself. Draw out what you want, write down your action steps and tell other people so that they can help hold you accountable. At Digman Fitness, we not only help individuals improve fitness levels, but help them set realistic goals improving the other phases of their life.

There are 4 phases:

  1. Nutrition- Meal Prep to include fibrous carbohydrates, proteins and fats
  2. Workouts- 4-5 x/week at 85% max HR including weight training for efficient metabolism, bone mass, etc.
  3. Career- Continue to learn and read to get better
  4. Personal- Family life and spiritual life for a well balanced lifestyle

What great tips and strategies for starting the new year! Thanks for sharing Corey. And thanks again for all the individual coaching and group workouts the past 18 months which included training during my recovery from hip surgery! I'm signing up for swim lessons and yoga in addition to continuing strength training and cardio! For anyone who is struggling to get going with an exercise program and feels too old or has joint pain or other issues, Corey's Regeneration program is phenomenal!
