I don’t know about you, but I save everything, different versions of files, all my Canva creations, workbooks, handouts and more.
This means that sometimes my folders ?? are a little unruly and I know that this can affect my productivity.
Not being able to find stuff when you need it, not only takes time but it builds frustration which effects how you work.
Having some organisation to your folders ?? will enable you to find what you need when you need it.
?Delete things you do not need to keep
?Archive things that you need to keep but no longer use
?Clearly mark different versions
?Create a hierarchy of folders (that is logical to you!)
?Try to be consistent with filing and naming items
?Make time each week to sort you download folder!
You will be amazed at how much time, something as simple as folder organisation, ?? can save you. ??
