Productivity 4.0 part 1- Orgchart always up to date

The other day my HR director asked me “Hey Michiel, you have made a change to the organization, can you update the orgchart we have in PowerPoint?”
Hmm, that got me thinking, why me and why PowerPoint and how crazy is this as we are a dynamic, strongly growing organization with continuous changes. There must be a smarter way to do this.
Microsoft recently launched Powerapps officially. As I am a scholar of productivity I already played with the preview version.
So, @Kabel we have an up to date Active Directory, we use O365 so I have all the pieces of the puzzle. It took me about 5 minutes to construct this and it is deployed on web and a mobile client!! And I do not know how to code (a big regret I have in my life)
5 minutes to solve what is one of the biggest pains in the neck for HR departments!
If you want to know more about how to automate ′annoying things that should be automated but nobody ever got around to′ please connect with us at Kabel
We will first present the possibilities of Powerapps, then we will workshop you through automating some key low hanging fruit processes and then we will facilitate internal hackathons you can use to automate a wide variety of in-house scenarios with your team of (power) users. No coding skill required!
As always my friend, you are ahead of the game :-) I trust that things are good with you? kind regards David
