Step 4: Assembly and forming

The assembly process continues with the use of moulds and jigs created to sculpt the upper material incorporating comfort and style as the essence of the shoe takes shape.

Step 5: Attaching the sole

The sole is the final piece of the jigsaw with materials selected for cushioning, stability, grip, aesthetics and durability and can be attached using various methods like cementing, stitching and direct moulding.

Step 6: Finishing and quality control

Careful attention to detail ensure that each pair made with the highest quality, comfort and manufacturing standards.
