Our Client is a fast-growing Fashion company that specializes in making bespoke clothing for elite men.

Job Summary:

As a production manager, you'll be involved with the planning, coordination and control of production processes. You'll make sure outfits are produced efficiently and that the correct number is produced at the right cost and level of quality. The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive production process that meets customer requirements.

You will:

  • Oversee the production process, drawing up and adjusting production schedule
  • Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
  • Estimate costs and set the quality standards
  • Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (sketchers, designers, workers etc.)
  • Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
  • Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
  • Ensure output meets quality standards; make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
  • Enforce health and safety precautions
  • Monitor product standards and implementing quality-control programs

Other Responsibilities:

  • Liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers, etc.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels
  • Supervise and motivate the team
  • Reviewing the performance of team
  • Perform additional duties as needed

You’ll have:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • 1-3 years work experience as a Production Manager or Designer in a Fashion Business.
  • Planning and organization skills to be able run and monitor the production process.
  • Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality.
  • Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
